To apply for new ‘Luxury Tax registration’ the below documents are needed to submit in concerned district office front window by dealer who is applying for new Registration:-
1 If applying under Constitution of Business ‘A body incorporated under the Indian company act) the following documents will be needed:-
1 Copy of PAN
2 Proof of Ownership/lease
3 Copy of Tin
4 Copy of Address proof
5 Proof of Payment of Registration fees
6 Surety Bond/Bank Guarantee
7 Memorandum of Association & Article of Association
8 Others ,if any
2 If applying under Constitution of Business ‘Society Registered under the Punjab Co-operative Societies’) the following documents will be needed:-
1 Copy of PAN
2 Proof of Ownership/lease
3 Copy of Tin
4 Copy of Address proof
5 Proof of Payment of Registration fees
6 Surety Bond/Bank Guarantee
7 Others ,if any
3 If applying under Constitution of Business ‘Government Department’ the following documents will be needed:-
1 Copy of PAN
2 Proof of Ownership/lease
3 Copy of Tin
4 Copy of Address proof
5 Proof of Payment of Registration fees
6 Surety Bond/Bank Guarantee
7 Others ,if any
4 If applying under Constitution of Business ‘Hindu Undivided Family’ the following documents will be needed:-
1 Copy of PAN
2 Proof of Ownership/lease
3 Copy of Tin
4 Copy of Address proof
5 Proof of Payment of Registration fees
6 Surety Bond/Bank Guarantee
7 Others ,if any
5 If applying under Constitution of Business ‘Individual Proprietor’ the following documents will be needed:-
1 Copy of PAN
2 Proof of Ownership/lease
3 Copy of Tin
4 Copy of Address proof
5 Proof of Payment of Registration fees
6 Surety Bond/Bank Guarantee
7 Others ,if any
6 If applying under Constitution of Business ‘Registered Partnership firm’ the following documents will be needed:-
1 Copy of PAN
2 Proof of Ownership/lease
3 Copy of Tin
4 Copy of Address proof
5 Proof of Payment of Registration fees
6 Surety Bond/Bank Guarantee
7 Partnership Deed
8 Others ,if any
Department has to process/Reject the application within 30 days from date of application Receipt (As per the Act).
